Children

We LOVE children at New Hope Baptist Church! We have a thriving preschool, which includes bed babies through kindergartners. We believe that children are a gift from God and should be taught to glorify God with their hands, hearts, minds, and mouths. We strive to demonstrate God's love to every child and parent who walks through our doors.

We provide a safe and loving environment for infants and toddlers during Sunday School, Discipleship Training, Wednesday night Prayer Meeting and Sunday Worship Services. Our nursery is staffed by trained volunteers from our church body, many of which are parents too. Someone will be present in each of the nursery classes at least 15 minutes before and after each scheduled worship and Bible Study time. Please come and check us out!

Our goal at New Hope Baptist Church is to provide a safe Christian atmosphere for our children and the children in our community, and to spread the Good News to them. We have a busy schedule that includes weekly events, seasonal activities and our annual Children's Camp.

Children's Summer Camp

Each summer we send a group of 1st through 6th graders to Lake Forrest Ranch in Macon, MS. This is a week long event full of games, sports, water activities, fishing, Bible study and speakers. Each summer the church holds several fund-raisers to help the children pay their way.

Each first Sunday we have Children's Church during Morning Worship (puppets, songs, games and Bible stories)

We also provide childcare during both Sunday services and on Wednesday nights

6:30 Mission Friends, GAs (Girls in Action), and RA's (Royal Ambassadors)
